Oral Comprehensive Exam Facilitation
This video features me teaching an undergraduate Human Resource Development course for the Learning Technology and Leadership Education program at James Madison University. In this lesson, I am teaching the class how to design and develop effective HRD programs. The video begins with the students involved in a debate where one side of the room defends why they think it's best that organizations hire an outside trainer while the other side of the room defends using an internal HR group to facilitate training. After the debate, I list the pros and cons of each side of the debate and teach the rest of the class on the topic of writing objectives.
